ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Officer Systems, you will provide operational support and functional assistance to the Enforcement and Inspector Support team (EIS), including support to EIS officers during the conduct of investigations.

Specifically, in this role you will manage the team’s quality assurance function, audit process and outcomes, including maintaining document control. You will be responsible for developing and providing responses to complex enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

This role will also see you manage the process for delivering high quality reports based on compliance and enforcement data. You will prepare complex reports based on analysis and interpretation of compliance and enforcement data.

Reporting to the Manager, Enforcement and Inspector Support, you will be part of a strong customer focused and results driven team of professionals.

 

ABOUT THE PERSON

To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrated experience in providing functional, project and administrative support in a busy team environment. You will have experience in developing and applying efficient and effective work processes and procedures.

You will be a natural promoter and influencer, with an ability to engage and network with a variety of stakeholders. You will possess strong presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills.

You will have a solid understanding of contemporary IT systems, project management and experience in the operation of Investigation Case Management systems.
