ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Officer, Business Support in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this position supports the Corporate Services management team (COO plus six) by delivering administrative, business support and coordination services.

You will be responsible for:

  • coordination services, including individual diary management (where requested)
  • maintaining systems for the recording, storing and retrieving of data and information
  • coordinating corporate governance processes, including planning, reporting, and information requests
  • arrange and acquit domestic and international travel for Corporate Services and the management team as required
  • organise, coordinate and plan seminars and workshops
  • deliver administrative support, including invoicing support, stationery ordering and reporting 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • demonstrated experience providing business and secretariat support
  • ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
  • proved experience handling confidential and sensitive situations
  • ability to learn new approaches and systems quickly
  • proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of applications
