$84,673 - $98,161 + 15.4% super (AMSA Level 4)

Location Flexible

Full-Time, Ongoing

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Finance and Business Support Coordinator role contributes primarily to the financial coordination, contract management and procurement elements within the business support function of the Operations division.

As part of a small team, the Finance and Business Support Coordinator will use their experience to coordinate all facets of financial management including processing invoices and reporting to management.

At AMSA we provide a supportive, collaborative and flexible working environment.  This role can be undertaken on a hybrid basis, working within an AMSA office and WFH.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in financial management processing and reporting in a fast-moving operating environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex concepts and develop well-considered options.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences
  • Proven ability to support procurement and contract management practises in a government context.
  • Demonstrated relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate, demonstrate innovation and work independently.
