About the Role
As Coordinator, Content Design, you'll join AMSA's Digital and Design team and help create accessible, user-centred content across our digital channels, including websites, social media and EDMs. Using customer insights, analytics and evidence-based design principles, you'll contribute to digital experiences that support customers to access information, services and guidance more effectively.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll help translate customer and business needs into content solutions that improve usability, strengthen customer experiences and support AMSA's strategic objectives.
In this role you will:
- Co-design, write, edit and publish customer-focused digital content for omnichannel delivery
- contribute to content design and user experience activities, including user research, journey mapping and content improvement initiatives
- use analytics, customer feedback and other evidence sources to identify opportunities to improve content and customer experiences
- provide advice and support to stakeholders on content design and digital publishing practices
- contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making.
What We're Looking For
You will bring:
- Experience creating, editing and publishing digital content using web content management systems, preferably Drupal.
- Experience developing accessible, user-centred content for digital products and services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate customer, user and business needs into effective content solutions.
- Experience using analytics, customer feedback and evidence to evaluate content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop evidence-based insights and recommendations.
- Knowledge of accessibility requirements and digital content best practice, including the Digital Service Standard and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility standards.
- Behaviours aligned with One AMSA values and ways of working.
Highly regarded:
- Experience using digital analytics and customer insight tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Qualtrics.
- Experience creating and managing content across digital channels, including the use of AI-enabled tools.
- Qualifications or equivalent experience in content design, communications, user experience, digital content management, human-centred design or a related discipline.
